1.I want to return products. What should I do?

We offer a 10-days money-back guarantee on all Orders (subject to terms and conditions) sold through this website as long as products are returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging materials they were shipped in.We use Happy Returns to facilitate returns, which makes returning a product super painless and easy. Your return credit will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified at our returns processing facility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process to complete in full.

Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:

A. Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and free of any surface blemishes or scratches.

B. The return must be initiated within 10 days of product delivery.

C. The Ticket Number must be clearly marked on the packaging.

D. Our company not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.

At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2.Don’t like the products, want to exchange another one, Is it possible?

While we do not provide a direct exchange procedure, you can still choose to return your product if you are within the 10-day return window. In this case, we would refund your original purchase so you can place an order for the product you want.

3.How to run return if the products broken?

So sorry that if you receive the products were broken, wish you understand worldwide shipping out of control to keep all the paackages in 100% good condition. But please don’t worry that you still can contact us and supply the photoes for check, we will help to deal with,you can choose full refund for your order or request we resend the goods to you.
